Models 83, 83LT, and 2R83 are bench model, automatic feed, eyelet attaching machines specifically constructed to make single or multiple high speed eyelet settings in most light to moderate weight fabrics.

The Model 83 eyeleting machines can accommodate a wide range of eyelet sizes and shapes.

Model 83
Capable of making single or multiple eyelet settings in material with prepunched holes, the machine can be configured as a single or dual feed eyelet machine. Dual feed units are capable of making up to 4 settings simultaneously.

This machine is appropriate for eyelets with a barrel diameter ranging from 0.91″ – 0.375″ and a flange diameter of up to 0.438″.

Model 83 LT
Created to set small eyelets (0.47″ – 0.90″), this machine utilizes the Limited Travel Feature which will increase the longevity of the machine.

Model 2R83
Similar to the 83 machine, but includes the double revolution feature to punch holes in your material.  Machine will on the first revolution punch a hole in your material, and then feed and set the eyelet on the second revolution.  This machine is appropriate for light to medium weight materials and eyelets with a minimum barrel diameter of 0.125″ and a maximum flange diameter of 0.625″.

Model 83 Grommet Attaching Machines

Models G83 and G2R83 are bench model grommet machines employing a single automatic feed of the grommet, and a hand feed of the washer.

For plain grommet sizes #00 to #5. Grommet size can easily be converted with a changeover raceway and setting tools.

Model G83 – This version is suitable for grommet applications where the holes are prepunched.

Model G2R83 – Includes the double revolution feature to punch a hole in the material and then feed and set the grommet.
